The Renaissance

The Renaissance had to do with discovering ancient manuscripts, artists wanting individualism, and a break-through of art.  Also, Francesco Petrarca, or Petrarch, became one of the most famously known spirits of the Renaissance with his love for poetry and old sources of the ancient world.  The Renaissance played an important part in history, because now, we have a few works of Livy, Ovid, Cicero, Horace, Virgil, Homer, and Plato, just to name a few. The Song of Roland

The Song of Roland, a poem written around the 13th century, is very inconsistent.  Let’s say that you decide to listen to it as an audiobook, instead of reading it yourself.  Will it be easier for you to find the inconsistent parts of the poem?  Or will it be harder for you?  I think it would most likely be harder for you.
